My daughters phone broke-- and it was about 7pm. The other phone repair places were closed- so we ended up at DD. Tney had about 20-25 minutes before they closed, and still fixed it - with several minutes to spare. Kind, courteous, and knowledgeable employees-- saved this teenagers life! They cost a little more than I paid at a different shop- but they took about half the time, stayed open later, and offer a warranty.
Considering my phone was seriously messed up with a pretty nasty shatter on my iPhone 6, the people here were extremely nice, even when my phone had more problems than we thought. In the end, my screen got fixed, but sadly that wasn't enough, it was a problem with the phone itself, and they were nice enough to offer to give me my warranty on my new (have to replace the phone) iphone, and also will be putting on tempered glass for me, and saving a screen just in case something happens in the future! A few days ago the screen of my Galaxy S6 stopped working. After going to 3 different Sprint stores they told me that it couldn't be fixed and that I'd have to pay for a new phone. I found Digital Doc here on Facebook and messaged them and asked if they could help, and they responded within a few minutes and were very nice and helpful. I'm experienced with iPhone repairs from the iPhone 5 era, so I felt confident I'd be able to fix a friends cracked 6 Plus without issues.
