Called in this afternoon to get some prices on iPhone lcds, and ask about the warranty. They do offer a warranty, but to activate it you must leave a 5 star review?? Begging for good reviews simply means your quality of work doesn't earn them, bad business approach.
Got my note 4 screen repaired. I can't begin to explain the level of professionalism and honesty these guys bring. It wasn't just a couple of teenagers but adults.... actual grown adults who did the repair which was fast and the price was perfect. It's also AMAZING that they give a 100% lifetime warranty on the repairs even if I break it myself!!! I'm so impressed with them.... When I first called to have my shattered phone screen fixed, I thought it would only take a few hours to replace my screen. And while that did happen, once they opened my phone they realized my battery was corroded as well. Scott and Heidi could've easily ignored the issue; but, because they've built this business on integrity, they decided to order me a new battery free of charge and even overnight the shipping. They were affordable and fast in repairing my charger port.
Highly recommended as they gladly showed me everything that was messed up. Then had me fixed and back with my phone before I had to be at work.
