The receptionist/hygenist at Digital Dentistry assured me twice before my appointment, that the office was an in-network PPO provider. This would have resulted in lower costs and no co-pay on my part. She lied. On the day of service, my husband waited 1 hour and I waited 3 hours, with sedative injections in our mouths, before we were seen by the dentist. My husband went to digital dentistry for a root canal, and the check up and xray we were told was free. The receptionist told us the root canal would only cost $900 all in from start to finish. Too our surprise she totally misinformed us and my husband gave her his gold crown that came off. On the day of the root canal she asked for 900$ which I refused to pay upon treatment being done, to cut a long story short she was going to charge us double the amount which we was quoted.
