I was in the Digilink store this past week and there was a young man named Chad that helped me and he was amazing. He took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel stupid. Most places that deal in computers think that you should know everything and treat you like an idiot that knows nothing. I did not feel this way when I was talking with Chad and I would recommend this store to anyone looking for computer service or parts.
The customer support at the Jackson store was just AMAZING!!! I was very impressed by the knowledge that the staff expressed. Moses at the Jackson store is a very smart young man and very helpful! This place is the place to go for all your computing needs.

Chad hooked me up with an excellent computer for school. Way better than best buy, and he knew what hewas talking about! Was not sold anything I did not want. Excellent!

I worked with Chad and he helped me, first to understand what I needed and second did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I left this store feeling like I got what I needed and not anything I didnt. I will continue to go to Digilink for what I need and I will also make sure I have Chad help me.
