I wish I could give a lower rating. Went in to get my hardware wiped clean because I had a virus. First off, the man was crude and perverted, saying you don t mind if I call you 3 am do you? (since he asked me for my phone number to let me know when my computer was done). And my boyfriend was right there! Freaking creepy! Secondly, he charged me \$200 oh he took everything off my computer all right. Got home and now the computer freezes every 10 minutes. He said it was the fan and needs cleaning which would be an extra \$200... read more

Stay away from this place!! The guys do not know what they are doing. They are all about making money and careless about making their customers happy. Its funny how when you take a coomputer in to get fixed and bring it right home and it dont work. They WILL not fix the computer the right way either. I was in that store everyday and computer still didnt work. The sad part was they wont even give u your money back if they cant get your computer working. I have always taken my sick computers to these men! Dave and the rest of the crew always make sure to help me, answer my questions without making me feel stupid, and always go above and beyond the call of duty! I can honestly say that I will always go to them for my computer needs and repairs.

Was in the store this past week. I have been accustomed to dealing with the two younger guys, who are very knowledgable, and helpful with my business computer needs. I was surprised to find that there was a new salesman, older man with a navy cap, who referred me to ProTech Computers in jackson for my computer needs???????? I have been coming to the store for over 2 years, with much appreciation for the help, but to be referred to another store and given a business card? Bad business!! I was in the Digilink store this past week and there was a young man named Chad that helped me and he was amazing. He took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel stupid. Most places that deal in computers think that you should know everything and treat you like an idiot that knows nothing. I did not feel this way when I was talking with Chad and I would recommend this store to anyone looking for computer service or parts.
