Were really helpful and easy to deal with. Machine was well maintained, good experience.
I recently hired from Diggermate and I found the the experience to be a very pleasant one. I dealt with both Steve and Lisa and they were both pleasant and professional. The work that I had to undergo would have taken me many man hours but with the aid of the machine that I hired, the job was over and done within half a day. I will not hesitate to hire again.
Once again Lisa and Steve from Townsville Diggamate came through. They are so easy to deal with and apprecate they are a small business. Great to hire from.
Recently Hired the posi track to do some yard work, machine worked great not a single issue, hiring was fast and simple able to do everything online, I was even able to pick the machine up the afternoon prior, the run over the machine and controls was fast and clear with any questions answered, highly recommend Diggermate to anyone that requires machine higher. Higher rates are some of the cheapest in town too.
The Diggermate Townsville team has been fantastic to deal with. Service was exceptional, Lisa made sure I knew how to operate the machine and was always happy to answer any questions I had. Machines are very well kept, run perfectly and are super easy to use! Will be using again!
