They were able to schedule my appointment very quickly, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. On the day of my visit, I arrived about 20 minutes late due to traffic. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Castaneda for the second time, first at his Coral Gables office and again in Hialeah. On both occasions, I was thoroughly impressed by his meticulous attention to detail and genuine care for his patients. It's clear that Dr. Castaneda takes great joy in his work and is dedicated to providing exceptional care to those he treats.
Dr Martinez is the best, but from the Referals Department, Maria Acela treated me very badly and seems to have no patience for dealing with patients; she’s rude.”
I have to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received at your Coral Gables Office during my recent visit. While the nurse and the physician assistant provided a good care, the experience at the front desk was deeply disappointing and concerning. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Dr. Nilda Herrera at this gastro office was not just disappointing — it was traumatizing. I came in for help after a positive H. pylori test, and I BEGGED her to listen when I explained that strong antibiotics make me severely ill. I even told her about a serious episode in 2023 where I ended up with liver and pancreas issues from Augmentin.
