I was seen by a nurse practitioner to be evaluated for an upcoming colonoscopy and endoscopy. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and caring. I felt like I received the best care.
The doctor or nurse practitioner did a good job. It was the phone call where person was rude and didn't want to listen about why VA was reticent to fill prescription without further information. They made it sound like I lied to them.
