I went in for procedures yesterday and the staff at DHA and DHC made me feel comfortable from appointments, paperwork, answering my questions and I had a lot of them about the prep, procedures, timing, etc. Kirsten was awesome!! And the nurses, Danielle, she was funny preparing my IV, and the other nurses that took me back, said all ready and you won't remember anything, they were right!! Dr. Caves and his team are awesome!! Wow! The staff here might be the nicest in Reno. I went in on Wednesday for a colonoscopy consultation. The staff member (I forgot to get her name) that checked me in was really friendly and talkative but professional and efficient while she was processing my paperwork. Before I even finished filling out my new patient forms, Melinda called me back to the exam room. From the receptionist to the Dr and everyone in between, the staff is friendly and professional. I never doubted for a moment that every person was good at their profession.

I didn't appreciate the fact that I drove down there sat there for an hour and waited to find out NO one knew what was going on nor knew what happened whatever that means, I just finally rescheduled the appointment

They were great! I was talking to the Dr and next thing you knew it was all over... the staff was very funny they came with the equipment for a down below scope and I'm like no I don't think so, I was having a upper GI scope. We were all laughing. Great place
