The pa refused to fill out my FMLA paperwork, was rude and talked down to me like I didn’t know anything. I recommend going somewhere else. I am still fighting to get my FMLA paperwork filled out and may lose it because of that PA. Update they are worse than previously stated. After refusing to fill out paperwork, my FMLA was denied and then they offered to complete my paperwork after I paid 25 dollars though they refused to fill out paperwork previously. Billing department is the worst. Had a prentative procedure done in Dec 2025, business billed insurance with incorrect code. Business was requested to resubmit claim with correct code as suggested by the insurance, this was done Jan/Feb 2026 with a note added to the account. Instead of sending the claim to insurance with correct code they sent the bill to collection. Worst business practice.
Highly recommend, Very punctual - minimum wait time, friendly and professional service, thorough explanations, good listening skills, clean and caring environment. Very good experience.
