Unless you are absolutely POSITIVE you are going to LOVE your doctor, don't go here! I wasn't happy with my doctor and decided to switch to another doctor that I liked in the same practice. Apparently, that is NOT ALLOWED. Not trying to be unreasonable, I get that they don't want the doctors fighting over patients. However, the reality is that DHAT and TDDC are part of the same company and that is the rule. The problem is that these 2 companies practically have a monopoly on all the GI doctors in the Carrollton & Plano area.... read more
Good luck getting them to answer the phone. They called to schedule a procedure, but I was unavailable so they left a voicemail. I've called them back at least ten times during business days and hours, they don't answer. I called the main line and hung up after being on hold for 12 minutes, despite the recording saying I was first in line. Ridiculous. I'll be looking elsewhere, I guess.
Extremely competent. Treated me a a whole patient rather than simply someone with GI issues
