I have visits in Dallas and Bedford locations. The staff is very friendly. Not easy to get an appointment though If you miss your scheduled appointment.
They are okay but billing gets confused easily and usually hard to straighten out
I am happy with my doctor (Dr. Brown) but VERY unimpressed with the billing office. I received four bills for my colonoscopy but 1 of the 4 was not coded as an outpatient procedure, so my bill is higher than it should be. When asked why it's not coded as outpatient I was told, "that's just how we do it". What kind of answer is that??? I was expecting a corrected claim -- or at least a logical explanation for the discrepancy. But all they would say is that it was handled correctly. Dr. Tarnasky has been a big part of my health journey and staying pain free for the last 4 years. I can't tell you how much him and his office are appreciated!
The office staff was very rude even the manager. They treated my husband very unprofessional hung up on him because he wouldn't change his time. They scheduler had a snotty tone in her voice. I don't recommend this clinic.
I really didn't appreciate driving over 40 minutes to my appointment only to be told I had to reschedule after waiting since March to get this appointment. Totally done and I hope I'm not charged for the appointment
