5+ Stars Had my 2nd Colonoscopy at old town endoscopy center in Dallas with Dr Viral Patel. It was an amazingly easy process. The staff were all so professional and receptive to my concerns. Dr Patel explained everything to me before the procedure and afterwards talked to me and my daughter at length. Wonderful!!!! Would recommend him to anyone needing this procedure done!
Dr. Kedia was very good. Explained everything so I knew what he did and what he found. Very professional.
My daughter gets the absolute best care from her Dr here!!!! I wouldn't. change for the world!
Will never recommend this office to anyone ever. 6 month wait to get an appointment for a scope that ER doctor says you need ASAP, so I tell them I will have to find another place. So now I'm told I will have to "plead my case" to be seen? Never. What an arrogant piece of human garbage.
While I do work at DHAT, I have also been a patient. At the time, the physician did not know me from Adam and did not know I worked for DHAT. I received great care and compassion. I have seen both sides of DHAT, professionally and personally and I would recommend our physicians every time!
Doctor Lee was ok. However, his office staff is terrible. My husband saw him & we are leaving for better service. Worst service we have ever dealt with. Office staff is rude, unprofessional, not helpful & makes you regret choosing this doctor. He needs to rethink his staff. We personally know other patients that left for the same reason. Really sad:(. If you work with sick people, you should have more compassion & do your job.
Dr Chan got us in right away and was very knowledgeable. She did more toward figuring out what’s wrong with my son than I had gotten from other providers in the previous 6 months.
