From check in the front desk staff was rude, the nurse dug around with the IV needle like she had never done it before and left my hand completely bruised. Then I aspirated during the procedure, woke up coughing, but they were quick to send me on my way without even making sure I was okay. By the time I got home I had to be rushed to the hospital because I was going into shock. I was then diagnosed with Aspirational Pneumonia, was admitted to the hospital. Please find somewhere else before wasting your time here! This staff is awful - no one communicates & no one cares about your health. They make it abundantly obvious they only care about how much money they can get out of you. Everything here is done in secret/behind your back. They even lost my paperwork for my Remicade treatment & blamed it on "the dr's messy desk". Why is my important paperwork for a $20,000 treatment thrown on a "messy desk?" I've asked multiple times to speak with my doctor & not ONCE have I had a call ... read more
