I had just one appointment so far. It was very quick, they listened to my concerns and were very kind. I will say that you should have everything that you'd like to discuss in your head or written out before hand. The doctor didnt ask some key questions that luckily I brought up. The things I brought up made her change her mind on how my treatment would go. So just make sure you're really advocating for yourself!
I was very impressed with this doctor. My other gastrologist just said they could not do anything else for me only surgery.
Chelsea and entire staff that I interacted with were very considerate. Complicated issues sometimes take a while to sort through. Chelsea was a great listener, empathetic and solution oriented. I feel reassured that my care is on the right path. Thank you!
The only feedback I have is for the reception crew...! They really need to pick up the phone and answer our calls. I saw MANY review stating their poor communication, and I agree. In the other hand, the doctor's staff is great.
