Initial appointment was a little lacking in detail, was very brief. But the instructions for the procedure were very clear and simple to understand. Was called back pretty quickly the day of procedure which was nice after the prep and fasting. Every person was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable :)
I am absolutely perplexed as to why there are so many negative reviews. I was referred to this location for VA community care. The office staff contacted me the same day as the referral went out. I had a consultation in three days time. That appointment was quick and easy, and three days after that I was scheduled for my colonoscopy. I'm 77 years old with many health issues. I found the staff at the Windmill office very conscientious and professional. I've seen hundreds of doctors & this office was very Efficient and friendly
So I am a critical care RN...Dr shafi is great...Crystal up front super...Nikki and Danielle in back super..5 stars all the way
