I went here because I was having digestive issues. The doctor gave me a endoscopy. I had requested numerous times to the Dr and the MA and someone on the phone whom i talked to when I moved an apt about having a blood test done. They didn’t give me one (which seems like common sense) because it can provide an insight as to how your patient is doing. Well it turns out his diagnosis was wrong. The Dr seems ok. Not much on talking to you about your issue. But their scheduling person, Carla is VERY RUDE and condescending. When I asked for a certain procedure she told me that I couldn't have it even though the Dr. and I had agreed to doing it when right after the colonoscopy. She wouldn't go back to the Dr to re affirm what I said and told me that she wasn't scheduling it. She CAN NOT practice medicine and deny me a procedure.
