Can never get through on the phone. They won’t respond to pharmacy requests. Just need a prescription refill. Came in person. Told to have a seat when I only wanted to ask a question…Still waiting 20 minutes later to ask for a refill
Doctor treated menfine from exam topeocedures and aftercare. Nurses good, too. Recommend this Gastroenterologist office.
I love ❤️ this Dr . He is amazing my mom really liked him to . Very respectful, listen to your problem and Very calm . he tried to help you above and beyond ! I was so nervous to do procedure . all of his stuff is amazing and they reassure me how amazing Dr he is .they calm me nerve down. I don’t know what to say the stuff is amazing . all nurses they treat you like a queen 👸 may God give all of them long life.
Everyone is very nice, since you walk thru the door. Nice clean office. Dr. Shafi is quick and to the point of the procedures you need to address. Thank you everyone for your warm and gentle care.
It was very easy to schedule an appointment. Dr. Shafi was great and answered all my questions. His staff even called to check up on me after my procedure.
