There are no words to describe how grateful I am to Dr. Moustafa Ahmed and his excellent staff. I was scheduled for a colonoscopy with a previous medical facility but they were so rude and forcing me to do the surgery even though I had concerns about the Doctor not knowing my history or even care to know. I never asked for a 2nd opinion but this time I did. I called and asked if they were taking new patients and they said they were and i gave them my insurance and they said they took my insurance. I stated i had been in the ER for having unknown digestive issues and needed to see a specialist. So the receptionist said the doctor would look over the ER reports and they would get back to me. They took the entire day to get back to me just to tell me that they wouldnt take me as a patient and when i asked why they wouldnt give me an awnser. Ive never experienced this before. Could not figure out what my stomach issues were. It was lab test here and there. And no answer was given just Rx that also didn’t seem to work. They’re not up front with what has to be done and how much that will cost. Know that every place they send you, every hand that works on you will bill you. There are hidden cost. You’re not just dealing with digestive disease solutions. Ask questions.
