Unfortunately, this has to be a mixed review but I have to be honest. Dr. Bashour is very kind. He has very good bedside manner and is very reassuring. He understands the anxiety and is calming. However, my last experiance wasn't so smoothe. Apparently, if the anesthesiologist calls off, they still go forward with the procedure and you aren't told that. Extremely disappointed with my experience before I even stepped foot in the office. During my initial phone call, the receptionist, Joanne, was not helpful at all. I asked a simple question, and she told me she couldn’t answer it, that couldn’t ask the doctor, and suggested that I “Google it.” I’m sorry, but I don’t think a question about my health should be answered by the internet.
