Love Dr Ferrante. He is totally amazing, I was told by people who work with him during the procedures that is who they recommend. He calls me himself, never has a nurse or anyone else to call. He does it himself. I seem to have a complicated problem and he is very concerned. Love that man. He did a scope on me while my grandaughter was here and she went with me. She is a nurses assistant at HealthSouth in Sarasota. She was so impressed with him. She was amazed he did not have any notes while he was talking to me.
Earlier I had given CCDD a poor rating, but the issue has been resolved and all is well. Beyond that particular concern my experience here has been fine. My doctor is Dr. Roathe and she is easy to talk to and very caring.
I love Dr. Roath, she's very compassionate and thorough. I've been coming to this facility for four years with no problems. I have a Colonoscopy every two years, no complaints.
When scheduling an appointment for 2 weeks out, you should not have to wait over an hour before the doctor sees you. This is not efficient scheduling!!! This is ridiculous!
Dr. Ferrante has been my Dr. for years. He has always been upfront with me about my issue and has ALWAYS been available when I’ve needed to see him. I’ve recommended him to other people and even my mother who also loves him.
It took 2 months to get an appointment as an established patient when I am vomiting daily, unable to eat and have intestinal cramps. This was after speaking with the nurse for Dr. Brown who completely blew me off. Now I've been in the waiting room for 30 mins. They've taken my vitals with an incredibly rude and condescending nurse or tech. Supposedly Brown is one of the best in town which is why I have tolerated this nonsense.
