This place is very horrible in terms of Customer Service. They have procured this stupid AI phone system now that let’s even established patients go through hell and jump through hoops just to get somebody to talk to. This is ridiculous and whoever the owner is need to get your shit together. If you don’t want to deal with patients promptly then why are you in business?
