I had my colonoscopy there and everyone is very nice. The nurses in the waiting area were so nice and afterwards. I go there and so does my husband. We wouldn't go to anyone else but Dr. LaLuna!! Thank you for everything.
Walked out today after waiting almost an hour. My appointment was for 4:00. I left at 4:50 because I was waiting in the exam room and the doctor never appeared. I came out and asked one of the assistants when the doctor would be in and she said I was next. I went back in the room and waited another 10 minutes. When the doctor still did not appear, I came out and I told the receptionist that I could not wait (I was expected in Shartlesville at 5:30) and asked to have the doctor call me. Was diagnosed 3 years ago with crohns. Was very unhappy with my local gastroenterologist, so started to read reviews on other doctors near me. All I can say is GREAT STAFF. And Dr Razavi, you rock. Thanks so much.

From the moment I checked in I had a great experience. Every person who helped me was kind and caring. Kenny, my IV nurse, made what is sometimes a painful experience a breeze. I think sometimes health care workers forget that their work environment, which is so normal, humdrum, and every-day to them, can be a very scary place to a patient. But everyone at the West Chester Group was very calming and gentle. Great staff who know what they are doing and how to help you feel comfortable. They also have advanced technology.
I was very at ease with the whole staff from signing in to leaving. The nurses, anestethiest, and Dr Kim were wonderful.
Dr Chawla is the best provider I have seen in years dealing with GI issues. HIGHLY recommended him. Staff are all very helpful and friendly.
