I WENT TO THE CATONSVILLE OFFICE IN BALTIMORE.MEDICAL TREATMENT WAS GOOD. BECAUSE OF THE NATURE OF THE PROCEDURE I DROVE THERE AND HAD MY BROTHER PICK ME UP. AFTER I FINISH THE PROCEDURE I MADE MENTION THAT I WAS GOING TO LEAVE MY CAR THERE OVERNIGHT. THE CLINIC DIRECTOR IN FORMED ME THAT THEY MIGHT HAVE MY CAR TOWED AWAY. THIS WAS A FRIDAY NIGHT AND THE WERE NOT OPEN THE NEXT DAY AND THEIR PARKING LOT WAS HUGH SO I DIDNOT SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS.NEVER RETURNING THERE
I never have a problem when i go there everybody is friendly and take good care of you and answer all the question you may have i recommend this place to every body
I had a great experience yesterday.People always say that is a hard procedure.I wasn't afraid of anything. It went so well that I didn't even know if there was something done in me.No pain,no complication of anything.Thank you dr.Rizo and the entire staff.The nurses were very polite .
Oh, and I forgot to mention in my previous post, that they told me they would not treat me anymore, after I told them I would never go back there again. I understand that people make mistakes, but the failure to take responsibility for them and try to make ammends for them is unacceptable to me. I will be dealing with a partial bowel and sensory nerve damage to my bladder for the rest of my life. And to say it has been difficult is an understatement!
