Courteous friendly and professional staff that took care of needs and explained pre/post procedure services thoroughly
I had an EGD with BRAVO. The next morning my stomach was upset. The device said the ph in my esophagus was 2.1. I was told I do not have GERD and that my problem is most likely due to coffee. Coffee has a minimum ph of 4.85. It's morning again and I am having serious discomfort in my abdomen just below the ribcage. Esomeprazole seems to alleviate the symptoms. Great staff, from the receptionist to the doctor everyone was very helpful and pleasant and made the visit much easier than anticipated. Highly recommend.
No complaints whatsoever. Excellent facility to deal with, whether it be scheduling, admission, prep, procedure, recovery or dismissal.
Dr. Rezk is not someone I would ever recommend. He works outside of his practice writing off-handed, unfounded denials of insurance coverage without ever reading the patient's history or clinical status. Worse yet, he also does not read or correctly interpret current medical journal articles for standard of care. Apparently, as long as insurance pays him their money, he cares little for the patient's disposition and is willing to write mistruths. Unethical and cruel.
