Dr Shah and Mary the NP are both extremely helpful and really listen to me. They take their time during your visit so that you do not feel rushed or stressed. Also, they are very willing to change any medication that isn’t working and explain your options really well. They have very early appointments which I appreciate due to my work schedule. All around it is a very good practice and I would definitely recommend them!
This was the best patient focused experience I’ve ever had as a patient. The scheduler Dawn was friendly and patient while finding me the best match for my needs. I saw Lauren Jarrett, the nurse practitioner and Dr. Eke. They took time listening and making me feel comfortable. Dr Eke put me at ease regarding my concerns and explained his recommendations clearly. I would highly recommend Lauren Jarrett and Dr Eke to anyone needed GI care.
Had to leave without finishing my visit. My provider left the room and never returned. After almost half an hour I decided my time was too valuable & I didn't need to pay for disrespect
Tried getting an appointment for a second opinion and they told me they could not see me. I work in the medical field and this completely caught me off guard. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
