First I would like to start that initially I felt my care for my UC was outstanding and felt that Dr. Gislason cared about his patients. Then my appointments kept getting cancelled and rescheduled. This happened with every appointment that was set up. So my care was not managed well. At one point, I kept telling him my symptoms were getting out of control.
