Terrific staff. Excellent customer service. Thorough, competent, friendly. I’d never go anywhere else.
While the medical care you receive is excellent. Try getting someone to call you back and answer a question or address an issue. VERY unimpressed with their responsiveness. And no, we weren't asking silly questions. We were telling them that their fax for a test never went through so it needed to be sent again. Took 2 months until after they sent a letter yelling at us for not having the test before someone would listen when I called and the issue was addressed. Excellent professional service could not have been better
The whole process was very efficient. From the text notifications through the entire procedure. The staff was great and friendly. This was my first procedure and I felt comfortable and the whole thing was done in under 30 minutes. They were thorough to explain was was going to happen. Thanks to Dr. Wheeler and his staff.
Sorry to hear Dr Wilson is retiring, (don't blame him tho) look forward to new care with Dr Wille.

I just had my EGD done today. Due to the fact that I've woken up during the procedure in the past, I was very nervous, to the point that I was shaking and even cried at one point. I can't say enough about the nurses helping me calm down, the anesthesiologist keeping me asleep the whole time, and Dr. Ali putting my mind at ease when it was all over. I'm so glad I had so many people recommend Dayton Gastro to me!
