My three 7 year old grandchildren love it. They want passes so we can go any time we want. I don't know if they offer ordinary passes I think maybe birthday packages? They currently allow us to bring snacks drinks,fruìt, chips They sell energy drinks,soda, few chips, and my favorite Coffee. No lattes or fancy drinks. They have a water cooler. A great place for the under 5 crowd. Nice collection of activities from sand box, play kitchen. Slides and blow up mountain. Always clean, can bring your own snacks, supervised. 3 year old grandson and I go once a week.
A noticeable downgrade in quality, setup, and staff professionalism from the previous play space. The atmosphere feels unwelcoming, and our family’s experience of subtle unkindness left a lasting impression. After reading similar feedback from other families of color, it seems our experience wasn’t unique.
