Do not eat at Dietz's! Raw chicken served to my mom! My burger was burned beyond recognition! The manager swore in front of my kids and we watched 6 tables get seated and eat before we got our food. I'm calling the heath department tomorrow!
Food not good over cooked. The bathroom had bugs and no TP. The servers were nice but that is the "only" thing good I have to say and felt no need to call a manager because we were in a large group that I had never been w/before. Maybe a good place for boaters to stop and drink em up but very poor food. and high prices.
I planned our 10 year high school reunion and selected On Tap at the Harbor to host it. After miscommunication and many, many issues, it was decided to move our location at the last minute. Dietz's had less than 2 weeks to prepare for 40+ guests and they went above and beyond what was expected of them. Chef Joe was great to work with and the lines of communication were great. We had a nice turnout and awesome time, thanks to Dietz's. The food was excellent and so were the drinks! Thanks again!
I was so disappointed with this place.. I went in here with a couple friends today and the service was absolutely ridiculous, all of us got our food orders messed up or didn't get them at all and to top it off, on a 70 degree day they didn't have the patio open. I bet the dirty deck is laughing, dietz wont be in business long. I've never had a worse experience and I rarely complain about bad service at a restaurant. Glad to know this place is in new ownership, the Norris' would never allow this.
