AWESOME - Everything is great
Upon searching for an orthodontist for my grandson, I scheduled appointment with Dietrich & Kelso. The business team was very pleasant, It was obvious that they did their due diligence in verifying benefits prior to appointment. Jessica was phenomenal!! Her knowledge and communication with us made the experience top tier. Dr. Ellis was great!!! He took the time to get to know us.If you are looking for a great orthodontist, I highly recommend this office.
Jessica helped us out so much. She was sweet and took her time to explain everything. She made our visit feel comfortable and easy going.
Doctor was very detailed in explaining the areas of concern for my daughter’s teeth. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The office is very welcoming. Wait time is not an issue at all. Overall one of the best experiences I ever had medically.
