I scheduled an appointment over a month and ten days away because that was the earliest date I could come in. I'm a teacher so I had to take off from work and students to go to this appointment. I knew what day the appointment was but was unsure of the time so I called in that morning to verify the time, and told them I was running late when they said my appointment was scheduled 20 minutes from my call. Great eye care provider!
Dr Dietlein is fine but his bookkeeping staff is less than adequate. My husband had problems last year and Im having problems w/ them now. They don't return calls and don't keep up with the insurance.
I have been a patient of Dr. Dietlein for over ten years. I adore him and the staff. They are all skilled in their craft and kind to their patience. Given the average patient age, this is not an easy audience to please. He remains busy as he is very good at what he does. I have and will continue to suggest his office to my friends.
