My spouse and I have been patients of Dr. Dieterlen's for many years. Through several job (and insurance) changes, extra cleanings we request each year (beyond what insurance covers) and the occasional time-sensitive dental need, they have met our needs year over year. Dr. Dieterlen is a capable dentist with a pleasant demeanor, and his staff is also friendly, capable, and communicative within their roles. my family and I been Dieterlen for many years, I gave the 2 star due to Dieterlen is awesome and so are the dental hygienist, I never had an issue until recently, it seems their administration that handles the front went down hill , they switched about 3 times their front desk managers and they all give me contradicting information, the first manager stated they will look at my bill because they were updating systems and people were getting bills incorrectly, then they said I was out of network, It didn't make sense, we alwa... read more
