I always purhase all of my supliments from Diet & Sport Nutrition for myself and my 16 year old son. Not only do I pay less but they educate me with all of the latest and greastest. Not to mention the sweet personalities of Ken and the super Jen!
I have been going to Diet & Sport for years. I am a competitive athlete. The first day I went to DS I knew everything. I argued with Ken about everything. Then when I stopped arguing with Ken and looked at the science that Ken was trying to show me, everything changed. This has to be one of the best supplement store around in Utah. Ken (the owner) was very knowledge about the products and know what works best for you. Not to mention, he could also help you save tons of money on supplements and stay away from "hypes" products. After all, i would recommend anybody that has a fitness goal or any concern about supplements to visit this store. Trust me, you wont be disappointed. I have no clue how this moron stays in business. Hes rude and classless and seems to just piss off everyone I know thats been in there. I walked in there and asked him a few questions about a particular product and he acted like he had better things to do than help me out. Once I finally got him talking I quickly realized he has no idea what hes talking about. No wonder his parking lot is empty everytime I drive by. He said he would match internet offers and I went down there same day and he would not match it. He just wanted me in the store so he could say"Oh no you dont want that,this is what you want." And offers something cheaper but than adds on a couple different things then your way over your initial cost,thats when I thought this guy is a salesman. I just wanted to thank Ken for being one of the few people out there that uses science and REAL peer-reviewed studies as the basis for the supplements he recommends. If you want to go out and buy some overpriced garbage that has never been scientifically proven and has an eye-catching label then go to GNC. If you want real results from solid products then Diet and Sport is the best place in Salt Lake that I have found. I stopped by today to compare prices on supplements, I looked at a fat burner and some protein. Sales lady was very knowledgeable and very informative about hydrolyzed protein and carb suplements. I will definitely visit this store again.
Ken has been such a great help to my son, who is trying to increase his bulk and strength for football. Ken provides information in an easy-to-understand way and clearly knows what he is talking about. When I have had questions, he has patiently answered them, in a clear, concise way. Diet & sport is great, i go to there new store in roy, UT and have always gotten great advice and more knowledge in 1 month then years of other stores. Pricing was great also, the products i looked at were the same or lower then internet and i dont have to wait for them. Ive referred all my friends and family and would recommend checking it out.
