Had a vehicle go in for break pads and got a 2k estimate which I declined because I see this place just wants to change parts.. not do any work... no thanks... ill go elsewhere... Update after the response from the shop i took it to another local shop, front breaks didn't need done.. all of a sudden 1 of the calibers line was twisted so fluid didn't flow as it should.. only needed rear breaks and rotors turned... this is only my experience and I fully believe shops no longer wanna do work.. Provided excellent service, even noticed some loose bolts that wasn’t even part of my servicing and tightened them down, that would’ve caused major damage if left unattended and unnoticed! Will definitely be going back for the heavier maintenance on my rig.
I own 3 trucks and I only trust them to Diesel Pickup Pros. Brian, Dave and the entire crew are doing it right. I wouldn’t think of trusting anyone else. They even work on my 1959 modified farm truck!!!
These guys are Awesome, I had a problem no one else could fix!! kept me in the loop with progress updates. Didn’t let the vehicle leave untill they were sure it was repaired! Customer service was great, communication, and honesty as well.
