Bought reman injectors for my 7.3, wish I looked here before buying them. Basically what all the other reviews say, 6 out of 8 injectors were not shimmed properly, and one of the 2 that were shimmed correctly wasn’t even tightened down. My mechanic sent me a picture of a plate freely spinning, and said that it was hitting the coil on the injector. Anyways 1.5 years of trouble shooting a misfire and rebuilding a head from a bent pushrod from the misfire, all from improperly remanned injectors. Stay away from these two brother... read more
@DieselCare BUYER BEWARE!! I received defective parts that caused further damage to my vehicle. No apology. Terrible customer service. They have rookie employees assembling parts and skipping critical steps. Buy your parts elsewhere.
Idiots. Not really sure they know what they are doing. First rebuilt pump took over a month after purchase to get. Bad out of the box. Got a second one, will give that a try. Had to pay shipping back for the second core. I don't feel as if I should have. Lots of labor time down the drain, plus having the vehicle down for months. Best advice- buy from someone else.
The guy i dealt with at DCP really did a great job on the kit i needed for my 7.3. They got them sent out and i recieved in a couple days. My truck is up and running great. Micheal was a great help. Thank you DCP. if you need any parts give these guys a call
