I am to the point where I don't even want this company in my house. The furnace is under warranty yet as it is only a year and a half old however this means nothing when I cannot get any service out of this company. I have gone to another company in the area to help resolve the issue with the furnace. Yes I am willing to pay for a service that can get whatever the issue is resolved.
