Service, number 1. Past experiences with an Escape. They said they fixed the problem. When Mark drove it to my place of employment to drop it off, he said it just wasn't right. He gave me his fancy big SUV to drive home. He said I will not let you drive it home. They fixed the problem then. That has stuck with me for a long time, and I tell all I see about it. Possibly worst place that sales cars. Sold us one with a bent frame. Never mentioned anything about serious structural damage to my wife. We found it on the auto check and car fax once we bought them. Then once we put it on a laser machine to find out the frame was bent they offered us 3000 under what we bought it for. To me that's cut throat.
By far the easiest purchase ever. Definitely will consider these guys the next time around.
This place prices their vehicles as if there are no other options or dealerships. They also act like they don’t have to ability to negotiate. Every time I’ve been out to even inquire about a vehicle I am made to feel like because I was looking at used inventory that my time was not valued. Sorry not everyone wants a 50k truck. Talked to a rep in person and they didn’t even bother to ask my name.
better communication would help. my boyfriend bought a car and the day after we bought it, it started giving us problems and we got the run around till finally not even a week after we bought it the car left us sitting we a busted head gasket. so it's been in the garage for like 2 weeks and keep hearing it be done this day no that day but still have yet to get our car back. so not happy with the service and will not be returning in the future
