Awesome service! When my Escape wouldn’t start, I was able to use the roadside assistance to get it into the shop. Diehl’s fixed it right up and had it back to me the next day (I had it towed on a Sunday). Great service! Thank you Diehl’s!
Purchased a 2020 F-350 Platinum from Eric, they did not have the truck I wanted in stock. Eric got me the exact truck I wanted, made financing easy, they even drove the truck directly to me at the airport which was over 2 hours away from them. I couldn’t be happier with how well Eric has communicated and made sure even after my purchase that I am happy. I live in Tampa, FL and I won’t purchase another ford from anyone other than Eric. sales great service awful. Mark has a bad attitude. Been trying to get my truck fixed for 6 months and I only have had it for 11 months. Now I’m taking it to a different dealership to hopefully get it fixed right and for good I mean 3 times is enough
