Dr. Herrera Is very sensitive to patient needs. I went in with a strange lump on my thumb. He had me in the MRI machine the very next morning and before lunch time I had already heard from him with the result. His whole staff is very caring and sincere and extremely professional and highly skilled. Not only did I receive excellent care but it was delivered in a very personal manner. I give them the highest recommendation.
Dr. Herrera is knowledgeable, great bedside manner and caring for his patients. He was very open with treatment options and offered the best plan of care for my son. He took his time with us when we saw him for his thumb fracture and made sure all of our questions were answered and felt comfortable with the decision of seeing a surgeon. Dr. Herrera listened to what I was saying. He thought he knew what the problem was but suggested I get an MRI. It confirmed what he thought and he gave me options to help the problem. His is an excellent doctor, kind, and caring. I highly recommend him.
If I could give Dr. Herrera more than 5 stars, I would! He is knowledgeable and has an amazing bedside manner. I've had several appointments with him now regarding my orthopedic issues and at each appointment he has taken the time to listen to all of my concerns, explain my diagnoses, and clearly discuss treatment options. Most professional and caring doctor that I have been to. Did a thorough exam on me and really took the time to talk to me and find out what was going on. I called with a question the next day and he called me back personally. Would definitely recommend him to others.
