Just purchased a 2012 Jayco from them after dealing with larger companies, and what a difference. It was one of the smoothest fastest transactions I had ever made. Highly recommend them for your camping needs over these larger companies where all you are is another sale!!
Excellent service!!! Could not have been happier. We had a flat tire on the Thruway on our way for a camping weekend. In less than an hour, the guys at Diederichs had our tires replaced, fixed broken tire lugs, and fixed the broken sewer pipe that was taken out by the blown tire. Being a hot Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend, I was amazed at the friendly and professional service we received and they really helped us have an enjoyable weekend!!
I couldn't have asked for better customer service!! As first time rv buyers, they helped us through every step and beyond! We're so happy that we were referred to this family owned business! Melissa even called us the day after we brought our rv home to make sure our long ride home was safe! She answered my 500 questions and was always very patient with a smile on her face! A huge thank you to the service dept too, for their extra help! I would 100% recommend them! Thanks again Diederich's RV!!! We can't wait to go camping!!
We were camping at Copake about 45 minutes away with a leak in our toilet. They tried talking us through the repair but unfortunately we needed a part. They came to the campground and fixed it for us. The next day our lovely granddaughter visited and broke our door handle so we called and sure enough, the had the part in stock. We drove over and picked it up. They seem to have everything you need in stock and handy ad they were very helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with.

This is a great family owned and operated business. Deiderich's RV Mart is my go to place for repairs on my 5th wheel trailer. The staff are friendly, professional and provide timely quality service. I have even called them while out of town with an issue and they helped me temporarily fix the problem and they permanently repaired the problem when I returned.
