After being stood up twice by another mobile rv repair service, I called Diederich's. Because it was a Saturday, Melissa told me she would talk to the service people on Monday and get back to me. True to her word, she called and arranged a service call to fix my rv heater. Roger came Tuesday afternoon as scheduled and had my heater working in short order. Well I called Diederich's in a panic on a Saturday morning due to a water leak. The gentleman I spoke to had said that he would squeeze me in on Monday (when my RV dealer told me at least 3 weeks before they could address the problem) and they were true to their word. The technician was Rob and he did a fantastic job and kept me in the loop as far as the repairs that needed to be done. I have an older E350 Ford econoline van and a dump trailer and I use for my business. 2 problems existed. Problem #1 was the van while strong enough to pull the trailer wasn't set up for towing so I'd have to use another vehicle to pull it. Problem #2 was who was I going to take my Van to with enough knowledge and someone I could trust to get the job done right while having a budget.
