Tim ******was a great representative for Diebolt Construction. I had to have a new roof because of wind and hail damage. Tim was very professional with his presentation and all the way through the process. He was great to work with. He was on site the day the roof was installed and he checked up on the job days after it was finished to make sure I was satisfied. Tim was very prompt and on time with all our appointments. Diebolt Construction was recommended by our local homeowner's insurance agent to help us evaluate water dripping on the ceiling sheetrock. Lane promptly came out to inspect the situation. He identified the problem as being a cracked roof vent allowing rainwater to flow into the attic and drip onto the ceiling below. Lane further explained there was ample evidence of hail damage and he helped us complete the property damage claim form for our insurance company. I was impressed with the professional approach explaining our options to my wife and I. I am less than impressed with most insurance companies but the Diebolt representative made that smooth and trouble free. They were on the jobsite when they said they would be and completed the job perfectly in one day. Our house is 2076 square feet with a 4 on 12 hip roof. Had a new roof put on my house. It was done professionally and in a timely fashion. Needed repairs to the roof were made beforehand. I was very pleased with the job they did. Would definitely recommend them!
