My father-in-law sadly passed away suddenly. My mother can't attend the funeral since she lives out of state. She was hoping to at least send a flower arrangement to my wife's family to offer her condolences. I saw on Google that Didi's was the only flower shop with an easy to navigate website, so I sent my mother Didi's website. VERY dissapointed with this shop. I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to my mom's day care for her 90th birthday celebration. I requested the delivery by 11:00am and wrote the reason why I wanted this delivery at this time. When the flowers were not delivered by 11:30am, I called them. They made an excuse that "they were so busy" but promised to deliver by 12:00pm. The celebration ended at 12:30pm and NO DELIVERY!!!
