VERY dissapointed with this shop. I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to my mom's day care for her 90th birthday celebration. I requested the delivery by 11:00am and wrote the reason why I wanted this delivery at this time. When the flowers were not delivered by 11:30am, I called them. They made an excuse that "they were so busy" but promised to deliver by 12:00pm. The celebration ended at 12:30pm and NO DELIVERY!!! I received an arrangement for Valentine's Day and 4 days later, on Tuesday, they all began to wilt. By Wednesday, they were pretty much all dead. I have never had an arrangement die so quickly. These flowers were not fresh, as they didn't even drink their water. I called the flower shop on Tuesday and i was transferred to an assistant florist who then gave me Alma's number.
