Super peaceful experience! I can’t emphasize this enough! The entire process was calming and relaxing, a first for my braiding experience. The building is clean. The staff is extremely talented and kind. And no language barriers. Super gentle with my hair and absolutely no pain I will definitely be bacccck🫶
Terrible communication.
The service started out great up until the end when I paid. I booked an appointment through text asking for the pricing for the style I wanted and I even brought my own hair because there was a specific color I desired. Although I like how my hair turned out the issue came at the end when I paid. In the text the owner told me the style was $230. I paid her $240.
