Worst contractor I ever been associated with,hired him over a year ago and he never finished the job. I had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Never finished the siding,hung gutters to low and they as leak.put wrong windows in the garage.in installed entry door to garage over one inch out of square.never painted trim around door and windows.never finished chalking exterior windows.lost doorbell ringer and never put a new one in. His price came in lowest, yet he was using quality material, included ice shield, zinc strips, all of the warrantees, he was fully insured, had all of the appropriate licenses and provided proof of all of this with his proposal.
