The customer service at this restaurant is the worst I have ever seen. These people let their servers run the restaurant and have no respect for the customers. We waited a hour and a half for the food to come out. 20+ minutes to get drinks, and the server really didn't care. Her attitude was horrible and never did she once apologize for anything. Place sucked. Management could care less about customers. Everything is high priced and on top of that they want to charge .79 for everything. Spent 48.00 on 30 wings, fried pickels, and waffle fries. Ordered Cajun Ranch mild wings. They came out so hot the kids cont eat them. Sent them back and had to wait over 15mins. Management sat down and was eating before customers. I was tempted to go sit at their table and start eating their food. Never will we be back.
Every time we drive through Georgia we stop here to eat.
Took forever for a server, we had to go ask for one. Ordered fried pickles and received one small container of Ranch. When we asked for more Ranch, we were told "that will be 79 cents, is that okay?".. I said "no". Server gave us a song and a dance about how she can't get a Ranch without charging. I asked to talk to a manager and when she came back with the Ranch, she said "funny how you ask for a manager and you get a Ranch." She told us the manager was "too busy" to come out... Just lost our future business...
Our waitress and food was amazing. Will definitely go back again. The only problem we had was the lady that was running the card swipe in the game area was not friendly and had a attitude.
The service was Very slow. Manager just walked around when he should have been in the kitchen.
