Great place for a quick bite. Service was excellent.
Called to get information and the evening manger Loretta, was very rude then hung up on me. So I called back to complain about that and was told by someone named Courtney that no supervisor was available, they did not know the name of the person who owns the franchise or how to contact any supervisor. Paycheck was withheld from my teenage family member and we had to call the police because he staff was so confrontational. I don’t know who is running this circus, but someone better do something.
I want to preface this review with the statement that both my wife and I have over a decade of experience in the food service industry from wings tofine dining. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. When we walked in we were greeted by two buckets catching rainwater from the cieling with no wet floor sign. Great service and wings. Staff was friendly.
We stop here all the time on our way back from Jax. The last two times service has been terrible. Tonight, we waited an hour for 15 wings and fries. Never got them because I went ahead and told them to forget about it since the cook decided to make to-go orders instead of ours. They said to-go is higher priority. That’s absolutely ridiculous! If you can’t serve both in a reasonable amount of time, shut down the to-go orders. We won’t be back!
Terrible service. Cook (black guy with the bleached head) needs to be fired along with the manager (rotten teeth lady. Cook played on his phone almost the entire time. Manager just watched him and just waited for him to do his job. At least four others requested their meals be discounted due to this poor experience.
Casual, good for kids. Good size kids meal esp the $1.99 special. Waitress was good!
