I give it a one because there's no 0. Sat down for lunch no one ever stopped to get our drink order. Everyone walked right passed us like it wasn't there job. The place wasn't even busy yet only about 6 tables. Poor service will put you out of business.
Horrible...stay away. Slow slow slow food ... Over an hour wait for chili fry appetizers. Worst of all...no one cares...is there even a manager here? Is the owner aware of this fiasco? Avoid at all costs...
We went during lunch there was about 13 tables going the whole time. Our food came out in decent time and hot. They were out of bone in wings which is why I didn't give 5 stars. Kellie was attentive and friendly making our first time visit nice.
Fantastic food and service. Was presently surprised at how good everything was after being open for such a short time!
Horrible seevice, never got our meals, we actually had to get up ourselves to get a cup for the pitcher of beer and a sweet tea since the waitress never came back with the refill. After an hour, we told the manager "forget it. Just being the check. Now we aren't even hungry." when the check was brought, the waitress said "they haven't even started making your food yet." ridiculous. Never coming back.
Couldn't get service. Got up and left ......was ignored while everyone around us got waited on. It looks from other reviews that this is a standing problem.
My daughter and daughter-n-law treated me last night for my birthday dinner. We were told it 45 minutes to be seated. 10 minutes later we were being seated. Will give :) on that. Placed our order appetizers 1st then our order. 45 minutes later no food or explanation why. Spoke to a manager in training then spoke to another manager got our bill for appetizers paid and left. I really enjoy the tenders here so I forced the car to stop here because it was new. It took about 10 minutes or more even for a hello to be seated. There were plenty of empty tables. So after that the young lady states I'll go clean a table for you.. ok? Then we wait 54 minutes for our food which should be piping hot but it wasn't. I have no idea what Mr green shirt was doing but it wasn't watching for customer service or quality of products.
