We've been twice so far. The first time, the service and food were great! However, it did take a really long time to get our order, but we were able to keep ourselves and our daughter entertained in the arcade. We wanted to give them another shot because they are so new, so we went back as a group of 8 (my family as well as my sister's) and the service and food were again excellent. My wings and fries were dry and tasteless. Not a happy customer. My first and last time eating at this location.
I give it a one because there's no 0. Sat down for lunch no one ever stopped to get our drink order. Everyone walked right passed us like it wasn't there job. The place wasn't even busy yet only about 6 tables. Poor service will put you out of business.
Horrible...stay away. Slow slow slow food ... Over an hour wait for chili fry appetizers. Worst of all...no one cares...is there even a manager here? Is the owner aware of this fiasco? Avoid at all costs...
We went during lunch there was about 13 tables going the whole time. Our food came out in decent time and hot. They were out of bone in wings which is why I didn't give 5 stars. Kellie was attentive and friendly making our first time visit nice.
Fantastic food and service. Was presently surprised at how good everything was after being open for such a short time!
Horrible seevice, never got our meals, we actually had to get up ourselves to get a cup for the pitcher of beer and a sweet tea since the waitress never came back with the refill. After an hour, we told the manager "forget it. Just being the check. Now we aren't even hungry." when the check was brought, the waitress said "they haven't even started making your food yet." ridiculous. Never coming back.
