Zero stars. This place has the worst customer service. Literally had to pull teeth to get the salesperson Anthony to understand the situation. The dude literally has no customer service skills and gets defensive. Do your job and quit if you don’t like doing your job!
Most helpful employee I've ever met in any of these stores.I seldom go into one of these stores because of poor service. Son was trying on volleyball/basketball shoes, employee was attentive, knowledgeable,helpful ended up spending approximately $200.
Unbelievably huge with staggering variety of products and expert friendly service.
Yancey in the shoe department deserves a shout out! I was told to get new shoes by a Pediatrist and had no idea of the shoe technology or options that were best suited for my issue. He explained so many things in depth, gave options for different price points, suggested his opinions, and gave me tons of resources beyond anything my doctor described in office. He's truly a gem for y'all you have on staff.
