1/20/2020–My family and I were headed to Salina, KS to see my 94-year old grandpa, who is in the hospital with pneumonia. He is transitioning home on Hospice. I thought I’d swing by Dick’s and pick him up a Chiefs AFC Championship hat to surprise him with. He loves hats and the Chiefs! Too expensive and they don’t care about individual customers.
Bought over a thousand dollars in equipment, was given a delivery date that came and went with no package. Checked on my purchase and it was still sitting in a warehouse 9 days after purchase. Their only response was that it should be to me in the next week or 2. Had no concern for my schedule and then had to fight to get a refund. I'll be cutting up my Dicks credit card and using Academy from now on. Terrible customer service after the sale.
They got some good stuff. I like the selection they have.
