I called today to ask about the new fit bit coming out. The lady who answered the phone didn't know when, and didn't care to find out. I was told that maybe I should call Fitbit. Even the manager didn't know anything, and didn't seem bothered by her employee. She thought they should be ready by the holidays. Well I just ordered the new Fitbit on their website, and they are available now. You would think a Dicks manager would be aware of that. I will go to Academy next time I need something.
Service sucks. They acted like they had no time for you. The price was $25 more then the guy told me. I went ahead and bought the item and I didn't have my rewards card and the cashier didn't have time to help find me. I got home and called the 800 rewards number and they was rude and did not help. I will take my business to academy sport or bass pro from now on!
The service at this store sucks, I will make sure to spend my money at Academy Sports from now on.
